This is a pivotal role, acting as the main point of contact between our customers and the business for all service and repair-related needs.
Your responsibilities:
- Taking customer bookings for our Service Department
- Greeting customers on arrival and ensuring their needs are fully understood
- Liaising with the Workshop Controller to monitor and progress vehicles through the Service Department
- Following up with customers on any additional work that may be required
- Handing over the vehicle to the customer at the agreed collection time
Your profile
- Strong customer focus and a proven ability to deliver exceptional service
- Previous experience in a similar role within a motor dealership is essential
- Familiarity with Kerridge/Keyloop DMS (Rev 8) is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of automotive technology
- Excellent organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience working as part of a high-performing team in a franchise dealership
